From Our Family to Yours—Thank You

Running this skate school has been one of the most rewarding things we’ve ever done. Being part of our students’ lives—watching them come in, struggle, push through, fall, get back up, and fight for their wins—has been incredible. We’ve seen them overcome fears, find self-confidence, and grow in ways that we’ll never forget.

After a lot of heart-to-hearts between the two of us, we’ve come to realize that running a small business has started to take its toll on our family. While we absolutely love the school and the community we’ve built, the everyday grind turned out to be more than we anticipated when we first decided to start this adventure. So, we’re taking a step back to rest, reflect, and regroup. ​The good news is,  we’re not done—we know we’ll come back, but we’re taking the time we need to make sure we’re doing what’s best for our family so we can continue to make an impact in yours. What we do know is: our next move will look a little different—maybe something more community-focused, where skateboarding is less about the price tag and more about the heart of it.
